Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Prejmer, potrivit anexei nr. 1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite, în care se află un glob crucifer cu o cruce treflată din aur. Globul este flancat în partea de jos de două frunze de stejar de baltă din aur, privite din profil. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Câmpul albastru al scutului reprezintă bogăţia izvoarelor, care alimentează cursurile de apă de munte curate şi puternic oxigenate, având o floră şi faună specifice. Globul crucifer reprezintă un însemn adus de cavalerii teutoni în anul 1218, făcând referire la misiunea apostolică a Ordinului Cavalerilor Teutoni. Frunzele de stejar simbolizează stejarul de baltă, specie dezvoltată pe suprafeţele mlăştinoase din localitate, specie ocrotită ca monument al naturii, astăzi găsindu-se în ariile protejate. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
